At Artist Made Shop, we are passionate about providing high-quality clothing and accessories. We focus on the lifestyle it provides to all walks of people. Artist Made Shop was created by Erie Chang who wanted to start this project to share unique, good quality items that felt personal to her eye. With an art education as well as a background in fashion, she was able to gain a good knowledge on concept, color, feeling, and culture.

Firstly, we want to thank you for your purchase and we respect that you have decided to return it. We're sorry if you are not completely satisfied.

For in store returns, please bring the item back with the tag attached within seven days of purchasing.

For online orders, please email customer service at artistmadeshop@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The next steps will be email to you with the RMA.

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method when mailing the return.

Refund Information

After receiving a return (and for online orders inspecting the items conditions), we will process the return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on the company. We will notify you by email when the return has been processed.

Important Exceptions

Accessories cannot be returned, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For defective or damaged products please contact us to arrange either an exchange or a return.

Sales items are FINAL SALE and cannot ever be returned.
